Our Owner and Clinician

 Israel Lugo is a Licensed Practical Nurse providing private, high-quality nursing services for patients across the lifespan. He delivers personalized, attentive care within the home, with a focus on safety, comfort, and preserving each patient’s overall quality of life.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Israel brings a well-developed foundation in both emergency and home-based care. He began his career as an EMT in New York City and later gained experience in the Emergency Room, where he developed strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex patient needs in fast-paced environments. His background also includes long-term care, hospice, and outpatient settings, allowing him to provide comprehensive, patient-centered support across a wide range of care needs.

Israel has extensive experience supporting patients with chronic conditions such as COPD, diabetes, and heart failure, as well as coordinating ongoing care to promote stability and improved outcomes. He is currently advancing his education toward his RN-BSN and is known for his composed, professional demeanor and his commitment to delivering consistent, detail-oriented care tailored to each individual.
